We work with NDIS participants to provide tailored household and maintenance care that honors your goals. Once you book a specific day and time, it becomes your recurring allocated spot with the same worker, ensuring consistency. We customize every service to your needs for a reliable experience that builds independence.
Charges & Cancellation Policy
All charges are strictly in line with official NDIS pricing guidelines to ensure fair and transparent service delivery. We value consistency for both our clients and our team. Accordingly, clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel scheduled services; otherwise, a cancellation fee may apply to help manage resource allocation and staff scheduling.
